Brothers Barbeque Company's Smokin' Prime Rib

 Smoked Prime Rib

  1. Recipe: Put a binder on the prime rib of Worcestershire sauce, then cover it with Brothers Barbeque Company's Beef BBQ Dry Rub.
  2. Then cover it with Coarser Creacked pepercorn Black Pepper at 13 mech.
  3. Once you have your prime rib perp for the grill, start your smoker at 250°.
  4. Put your Prime Rib in fat side up. Cook for 2 hours and then glaze your prime rib with garlic butter ( One cube of button/1 tablespoon of garlic).
  5. Continue smoking until 102°, then increase temperature to 350 to 400°. Smoke until internal temperature 125° for medium rare.
  6. Remove prime rib let it stand for one hour until the prime rib increases to one 135°. Now carve and serve.
