Smoked tri-tip on a pallet smoker
Smoked tri-tip on our Camp Chef upright pallet smoker.
Now slice it up. Walla! tasting outstanding!
First, season your Tri-Tip with our Brothers Barbecue Company's BBQ Dry Rub Cattle Drive & pepper

Heat smoker to 225 degrees, smoke Tri-Tip until internal temperature of 135
Spray with some apple vinegar to keep it moist
Remove tri-tip
put 1 tablespoon of Chicago's Packing Companies WGYU in cast-iron grill. Sear your tri-tip for five minutes or until 145 internal temperature, then remove it and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Now slice it up. Walla! tasting fantastic!
